knowledge is a tool.
knowledge is not a weapon, to be brandished in the face of those disabled and far from it. it is not devised to slay the ignorant, but to enlighten them. it is not to be unleashed in arguments as a hidden dagger, propelling the status of the unleasher to that of awe, reducing the unleashee to bits and biscuit pieces.
it is an aid, to be used to share and show others, the worlds they are unaware of, to show them what exists beyond the folds and depths, to show them that pages can still be turned once books are over and tomes exhausted. it is an aid one turns to litter the entire world with informed opinions, decisions and actions. it is what we acquire to make us better men and women, not braggarts.
wisdom that comes from the bragging of facts and information gleaned from all over is not wisdom; it is elitism. it is a hunger to look down upon someone else. knowledge accrued to make one look good in the eyes of others is not knowledge, it is greed; egotistical at its best.
